The Commercial Manager role will be a broad and dynamic one requiring you to partner closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide timely and accurate financial insights to support commercial decision-making.
More specifically, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities on a timely basis
- Manage business case preparation, financial analysis to support projects and conduct post-implementation reviews
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including the Wholesale and Supply Chain Leadership Teams, and the Health Leadership Team
- Lead the operational financial reporting process including facilitation and completion of insights for Monday trade, and the month end close process
- Identify and implement areas of financial process improvement within relevant business areas
- Collaborate and work closely with the broader Commercial team to form an integrated view of business performance
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a fast paced and high performing environment
- FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical and/or supply chain experience an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in a genuinely commercial role covering performance insights and business planning and budgeting
- Experience in financial evaluation of projects and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases
- Demonstrated ability to provide value adding commercial and business advice to senior management
- CA or CPA qualified
