The role:
Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Managing forecasting processes, including customer and product volume analysis, cost of goods, sales pricing, and trade spend.
- Supporting the S&OP process, preparing business review materials, and analysing budget variances.
- Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring cost efficiency and financial discipline.
- Leading cost optimisation initiatives across the business.
- Providing detailed financial reporting on key metrics, including sales performance and gross margin analysis.
- Preparing domestic and international sales reports, with insights and commentary.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with a CA/CPA qualification.
- Prior experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to extract key insights.
- A commercial mindset, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- The ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent time management and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
