The Role
Working closely with the Head of Finance and collaborating with senior and executive level stakeholders this role will see you lead a team of Analyst whilst taking a lead role supporting $$multi-million investment initiatives.
Duties will include:
- Support strategic investment initiatives, decision making and commercial outcomes through analysis, financial advisory engagement and accurate forecasting.
- Build a collaborative, high performance team culture with a key focus on effective partnership with key stakeholders.
- Partner with GM level leadership to achieve financial and strategic objectives.
- Lead projects across the group to see benefits realised.
- Analyse ROI on investments through tracking performance, accurate reporting and ensure project pipeline is well managed through its lifecycle.
- Oversee the development of robust financial models to support business cases and investment decisions.
- Assess and understand financial management of risk.
- Perform analysis to understand business drivers.
You will be a CPA/CA/CFA qualified finance professional. Experience in a large corporate/commercial organisation; ASX or global business will be essential. Your commercial management will have a lens of investment analysis, business case development and strategy. Your background will include:
- Strong business partnering at ELT level (strength).
- Be an agile and strategic thinker.
- Possess confidence presenting to executive teams and be able to identify broad impacts across a business.
- An ability to lead transformational change.
- Ability to lead and develop high performance teams.
