As a Client Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for a range of clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved. You will play a critical role in client onboarding, technical support, data management, and assisting with continuing professional development (CPD) accreditation. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a team that values excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and online messaging.
- Manage client records, administration, and reporting within the CRM system.
- Provide systems support, including client onboarding and troubleshooting access issues.
- Assist the Member Services Manager with retention programs, technical help desk management, and other administrative tasks.
- Support clients with CPD accreditation and records management.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts when required.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an upbeat and professional individual with the following qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Hubspot is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive and friendly attitude.
