Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be principally responsible for providing financial and commercial leadership across the business. Leading a diverse team, you will be an integral member of the ELT playing a key role in strategic planning, M&A and managing risk. You will ensure robust controls and governance, manage cash flow, and drive efficiencies across the business. You will be a key component of all commercial negotiations and will ensure the business continues to grow in a sustainable manner whilst also ensuring the same levels of customer satisfaction remain.

CA/CPA qualified, you will be a proven leader with demonstrated success developing and driving high performing finance functions. You will have an in-depth technical understanding combined with demonstrated strategic and commercial awareness. You will have significant experience within a manufacturing or complex inventory-focussed environment and will be a proactive and strategic leader who is able to engage and influence at all levels of the business.
