- Undertake the management of DOOH screen renewal program tasks, including but not limited to managing inventory in line with project timings, setting up new/revised inventory across CMS + third party platforms where applicable and communicating impact + change requirements to the Campaign Delivery team
- Conduct end-to-end UAT for various ongoing projects within the Campaign Delivery space, including system upgrade testing and dynamic content integration testing
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to conduct testing for guaranteed programmatic placement and develop recommendations for permanent implementation as required
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver various proof-of-concept projects such as new in-store screen formats, inclusive of all CMS and content set up requirements
- Partner with external verification stakeholders to facilitate coding upgrade as required
- Undertake data reconciliation projects to improve DOOH & Radio inventory accuracy across various delivery systems where required
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a DOOH system operations or systems support role
- Experience using Content Management Systems Broadsign or Ayuda ESSENTIAL and/or Inventory Management Systems within a media environment
- Project management experience (planning through to implementation)
- Fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Forward-thinking approach to your day-to-day activities
- Sound and adaptable communication style, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate across various levels and stakeholder groups, including third parties
