Our client is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst with CRM project experience to join their team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support critical business projects and deliver tangible value by improving processes and enhancing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Current State Analysis: Document and analyze end-to-end business processes to understand how work is done.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency to enhance value delivery.
- Future State Design: Collaborate with project teams to interpret business requirements, translate them into "To-Be" process documentation, and align them with knowledge artefacts and the client’s Business Process Library.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Process Owners to secure sign-off and adoption of business process maps and artefacts.
- Documentation Management: Handle process change requests to ensure the Process Library remains up to date.
- Knowledge Synergy: Support the clean-up of knowledge artefacts, ensuring seamless integration with process mapping efforts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to clarify process knowledge and requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Critical thinking and communication (written and verbal) to document logical and effective processes.
