Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving sales growth and expanding market share within the refrigeration sector. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering tailored refrigeration solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in Victoria & Tasmania
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored refrigeration solutions to clients
- Be proactive in finding new business streams
- Work to set sales KPI's
- Proven experience in Business Development Management with a track record in growing a portfolio of accounts
- Background in business-to-business sales
- Passion & Hunger to overachieve against sales targets
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible team player, but able to work autonomously
