- Deliver market share growth of your product portfolio
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue, profit & volume plans across all targeted markets and product categories
- Drive & manage project specification with industry stakeholders
- Help increase engagement across Major tier 1 Projects across SEQ
- Ultimately take ownership for sales for your product category across Queensland
- Capability to deliver strategic sales targets & results through data-driven problem solving, project forecasting management and relationship management
- Experience with Equipment Hire
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Skillset to sell premium products through value-add selling
- Capability to use influencing skills to solution sell products and services
