We are seeking a full-time Brand Manager ANZ to drive the growth of our clients ethical drinks’ portfolio. This is a hugely exciting, dynamic and challenging role, because we have big growth ambitions!
This role is based in Sydney and reports to the Global Marketing Director. You will lead the local brand marketing to accelerate our growth. While your primary responsibility will be for Australia, you will also play a supporting role in the delivery of the NZ brand plan, collaborating with the part-time NZ Senior Brand Manager. This is both a hands on and strategic role, with the opportunity for you to really make your mark.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and leverage consumer insights to unlock business growth
- Lead brand planning (Australia) and oversee the delivery of elements of the brand plan across Australia and NZ, in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager NZ
- Champion and manage the consistent execution of brand positioning, identity and imagery
- Drive brand visibility across a range of touch points, with a focus on key brand assets
- Champion and manage the consistent execution of the brand positioning, identity and imagery
- Oversee brand communications for paid, earned, owned and shared channels with best in-class creative
- Manage the delivery of compelling content and the community on social channels
- Grow consumer trial through a range of initiatives, including brand activations, sampling, events and partnerships
- Management of Shopify, EDMs, consumer enquiries and everything that sits online with the consumer comms via our website (AU focus, supporting NZ as required)
- Partner with NZ and UK marketing team on common work-streams, including brand imagery, EDMs, social media and purpose communication.
- Support Sales team with customer presentations, sales materials, POS, merchandise,
- Manage local packaging updates and NPD as required.
What you need to be successful
- Strong FMCG experience. Beverage experience is advantageous
- Tertiary educated (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
- A minimum of 4- 5 years’ experience in marketing, with specific experience in brand management and social media
- Strategic capability, coupled with executional excellence
- A track-record of high performance in brand management
- Genuine passion for the consumer, with a curious and creative mindset.
