McColl Smith Projects specialises in bringing commercial, industrial, and residential projects to life; mainly across government, education, council and the private sector.
The newly created Marketing & Content Lead requires someone with the right balance of strategic thinking but someone who can also execute on the plan.
You will have the ability to take the company on the marketing journey. You will be open to trying new things, which gain cut through.

Web and Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive web and social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, optimise lead generation, engage with the target audience, and support talent acquisition.
Website Management: Manage the review, rebuild, or refurbishment of the
website, and update it with the latest projects and news.
Social Media Management: Manage and regularly post content to increase
presence on social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn and Instagram. Optimise the use and appearance of social media platforms.
Content Creation: Ensure content is consistent and engaging. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Develop a content strategy that focuses on frequency, target audience, engagement, and the businesses narrative.
Analytics and Reporting: Review analytics and present findings to the Directors. Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to strategy implementation.
Third-Party Management: Manage relationships with third parties, including professional photography and videography services for site shoots and event.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
Branding and Marketing Assistance: Assist the estimating department in creating capability statements and other marketing and branded material.

The details;
- The ideal candidate will prefer a perm part time role – 3-4 days in the office. There is scope to work around school drop off with core hours in the office.
- Salary is $100k-$110k+super – pro rata
- McColl Smith Projects office is based in Moorabbin and will require in office attendance.
