This role will be responsible for the implementation of brand plans across the an exciting (and healthy) food and drinks portfolio. Together with driving the New Product Development agenda this role will include having to develop, project manage and execute brand plans, innovation and manage multiple agencies
- Lead equity, innovation, and activation activities.
- Project Management, executing go-to-market activities against agreed plans.
- Project Manage innovation projects, owning packaging development and go-to-market planning.
- Work across functions including R&D, Technical Marketing, Sales, Operations, Category and Finance to develop, seek approval and execute your commercial plans.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute consumer marketing plans
- Develop and manage brand planning cycles together with brand marketing budgets.
What you need to be successful
- Degree qualified in Marketing or Business.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Brand Manager, Product Manager or as an Assistance Brand Manager within an FMCG environment.
- Strong project management skills with proven experience executing projects on time.
- Experience leading innovation projects, managing all elements of the brand marketing mix.
- Analytical skills, including ability to analyse sales and consumer data from a variety of sources. Turning data into actionable insights.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Exceptional communication and the ability to clearly brief and guide agency partners.
- Ability to adopt a highly agile approach to their work practice.
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise.
- A born marketer, with a passion for storytelling and building cut through initiatives.
- Independent and autonomous yet a team player.
