What You'll Do:
- Manage a Portfolio of Brands: Be the primary point of contact, offering personalized support to help brands navigate their ecommerce journey.
- Strategic Guidance: Develop tailored strategies for each brand, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor Progress & Drive Results: Track engagement, identify bottlenecks, and direct brands to the right resources for success.
- Connect with Coaches: Ensure brands get the right 1:1 coaching sessions based on their specific needs.
- Monthly Check-ins & Quarterly Strategy Meetings: Keep brands on track with regular touchpoints to ensure they stay aligned with their goals.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate challenges and offer timely, effective solutions to help brands move forward.
- Recommend educational modules to help overcome challenges and enhance brand growth.
- Act as the escalation point for any complex issues, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions.
- Develop retention strategies to encourage second-term sign-ups and track success metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, cohesive experience across the program
- Client-Focused Mindset: You’re passionate about helping clients succeed and thrive.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You can manage a large portfolio while keeping track of details and timelines.
- Excellent Communication: Whether it's verbal or written, you're a skilled communicator who can collaborate with brands and internal teams alike.
- Ecommerce/Marketing Experience: You have a solid understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing strategies.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using tools like Google Drive, ClickUp, Zoom, and community platforms like Skool and WhatsApp.
- Retention & Upsell Expertise: You have experience developing retention strategies and encouraging renewals.
- Data-Driven: You know how to analyze member performance and use insights to drive improvements.
