About the Role:
Join a dynamic Corporate Finance team responsible for overseeing balance sheet integrity and internal controls. This role involves:
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations for Australian operations
- Ensuring the quality of reconciliations and evidence
- Providing training on controls
- Coordinating internal control questionnaires
- Supporting process improvements, accounting policies, and external audits
- Handling ad-hoc finance tasks and technical accounting advice
- CA/CPA qualifications
- 5+ years in Big 4/mid-tier or large organizations
- Experience in financial management/accounting or internal audit
- Strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills
- Desirable: SAP/TMI experience and healthcare exposure
