Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Proactive visibility and accessibility, encouraging site led initiatives for sustainable improvement.
- Partner with procurement to ensure optimal cost outcomes for internal & external products.
- Month end Reporting & Control providing insights.
- Manage budget process for accurate site conversion costs.
- Responsible for internal controls and compliance with Group policies and procedures.
- Maintenance and standard setting for local made rice cost allocations.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standard and assist with internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and implement best practices in accounting procedures.
- Assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies and develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance financial management systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- CA/CPA qualification.
- A Manufacturing background
- Knowledge of Purchase Price Variance (PPVS) and Manufacturing Usage Variances (MUVS).
- Commercial experience as a Financial accountant or Management accountant.
- A willingness to be challenged and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with prior examples of stakeholder management experience.
