The Role This is a key leadership position where you’ll oversee the performance of multiple retail sites within the Wodonga region. You’ll drive strategic and operational success, lead high-performing teams, and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional store standards. Reporting to a very high performing Regional Director, this role requires a balance of hands-on operational leadership and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 4–6 retail sites across Wodonga and surrounding areas
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve KPIs across sales, service, and compliance
- Implement and maintain high operational standards across all locations
- Analyse store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning within the region
- Manage budgets through rostering
- Act as a key liaison between head office and frontline teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Must have a Degree
- Proven experience in a management position in retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills including performance management.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
