About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and technically skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of multi-channel digital campaigns and drive brand visibility across social, email, web, and online advertising. You’ll be joining a collaborative marketing team during a time of digital innovation and investment—where your ideas and input will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising (Google Ads, Meta).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Coordinate the development of digital assets including web banners, videos, and product imagery.
- Maintain and update the company website and eCommerce platform with fresh, relevant content.
- Support SEO/SEM strategy execution to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and deliver insights and recommendations.
- Assist with marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign tracking.
- Contribute to digital storytelling for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Support marketing activities for trade shows, conferences, and online events.
You are a digitally-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You enjoy taking creative ideas and turning them into effective campaigns, and you’re always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or Canva) for content creation.
- Familiarity with website/eCommerce platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce).
- Strong SEO/SEM knowledge and experience with Google Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with a flair for creativity and design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs is a bonus.
