Assignment: Administrator

Starting immediately, this is an 4 week temp opportunity.
Mandurah location with free parking.
Hours: 8:30 - 5:00pm 
Hourly Rate: $35ph + super

About the Role
As the Administrator you will be responsible for delivering administration and document control support.

Your role will include:
  • Manual filing of documents
  • Electronic filing, coding and creating folders 
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Assisting with general administrative duties as needed
Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who has:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Expereince with Document Control desirable
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure
  • A professional appearance and demeanor
