Assignment: Administrator
Starting immediately, this is an 4 week temp opportunity.
Mandurah location with free parking.
Hours: 8:30 - 5:00pm
Hourly Rate: $35ph + super

About the Role
As the Administrator you will be responsible for delivering administration and document control support.
Your role will include:
- Manual filing of documents
- Electronic filing, coding and creating folders
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assisting with general administrative duties as needed
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Expereince with Document Control desirable
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- A professional appearance and demeanor
