About the Role

Our client is seeking a permanent Administration Officer to become an integral part of their team. This role is essential for providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring efficient operations within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and team members.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Supporting the logistics team with order processing and documentation.
  • Keeping accurate records and managing databases for various administrative functions.
  • Assisting in the coordination of shipment schedules and logistics tasks.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • A proactive approach and passion for providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A friendly, positive, and enthusiastic work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with general office equipment and software.
