Admin & Telesales Role - Maximise Sales & Provide Administrative
Are you passionate about customer service, sales, and providing administrative support? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Admin & Telesales Specialist, where you will be responsible for maximising sales through customer communication and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Location: Rydalmere
Pay: $75k + Super
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Call current customers weekly to process orders, upsell, and cross-sell by utilising data reports to enhance sales.
- Order Management: Ensure all orders are processed on time (via SMS, email, and phone), and manage daily direct-to-store deliveries using Optimoroute.
- Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team and General Manager, and assist with campaigns and promotions.
- Cold-Calling: Generate new leads by cold-calling potential customers, creating a robust pipeline of warm leads for the sales team.
- Merchandising: Oversee client store merchandising, ensuring visual standards are met, and assist with product displays.
- Training: Support the up-skilling and monitoring of one additional personnel proficient in all wholesale systems.
- Ensure all customers on the weekly call list are contacted.
- Achieve 25+ connected cold-calls per week and provide warm leads to the sales team.
- Ensure HubSpot is maintained accurately with all customer interactions and data.
- Maintain zero missed or inaccurate order entries and hit weekly merchandising targets.
- Obtain high levels of customer satisfaction, evidenced by qualitative feedback.
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using ERP systems (desired).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
