Our client is seeking an Administration Officer to join their procurement team. This opportunity is based in the southern suburbs of Brisbane and has parking onsite.
Working within this supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, the role will suit an administrator who has worked in a high-volume warehouse administration environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly into the Procurement Manager, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Replenishment and management of inventory;
- Raise purchase orders for inventory and materials as required;
- High volume data entry;
- Quality check of inventory received from suppliers;
- Liaising with suppliers in a proactive and timely manner;
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a purchasing officer role;
- Strong time management skills;
- Have a can do attitude;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong technical skills;
- Hold a friendly and positive attitude;
