Are you an organised, enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment? We’re partnering with a vibrant and growing furniture and interior design business in Cremorne to find a dynamic Administration Assistant to join their team!

With weekly showroom events, a buzzing team culture, and plenty of opportunities for growth and progression, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and has a keen eye for detail.

The Role This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days will be the same! You’ll be supporting the team across key areas including customer service, sales admin, project coordination, and showroom management.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Front of House: Being the welcoming face of the business—greeting clients, managing emails, and responding to online enquiries (a few per day)
  • Showroom & Events: Preparing the showroom for daily trade and weekly events (catering, coffee runs, general presentation)
  • Sales Admin: Assisting the sales team by preparing quotes, documentation, pricing, and quantity counts
  • Project Admin & Customer Support: Processing repeat orders, responding to client queries, and supporting ongoing customer relationships
  • General administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly!
About You We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Friendly, proactive, and confident engaging with customers and team members alike
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling a variety of tasks and working to deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office (experience with CRM systems a bonus!)
  • Interested in the world of design, interiors, or furniture (not essential, but definitely a plus!)
