An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a long term basis in Melbourne's West. This is a great role for a motivated individual seeking a diverse role and a new challenge, who is passionate in the AR field and has a desire to cement strong relationships to facilitate company growth and success.

The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Director, and working in a close knit finance team, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Collection calls and emails to customers with overdue accounts
• Allocating and receipting of payments
• Process credit notes and credit applications 
• Account and bank reconciliations
• Generating and raising invoices
• Develop strong relationships internally with the customer service and sales team
• Assist with month end duties 
• Other ad hoc duties within the accounts team

The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate, will be able to posses to the following:

• Has experience with accounts receivable duties within a previous role
• Ability to work both individually and within a team
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
