The small accounts receivable team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless financial operations and providing essential support nationally. Key Responsibilities
- Process and allocate a high volume of customer payments
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts, including all customer payments
- Investigate and resolve unreconciled transactions
- Maintain customer accounts by reconciling payments and resolving outstanding transactions
- Process cheque and cash transactions
- Support the broader finance leadership team with various administrative and financial tasks.
Skills & Experience Essential:
- Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes
