Position Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will manage daily financial transactions, ensure timely payments, and contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships. You’ll be part of a supportive and professional environment, with opportunities to grow and refine your expertise in accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Team Leader, who started in this exact role, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following;
  • Process and monitor incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure prompt payment resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
What You Bring
My client does not need nor want a candidate with a finance degree. This is an entry level opportunity for a candidate who has the ability to transfer the skills they have into this role.
