Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable and Accounts Manager to join their finance team on a full time permanent basis. A great opportunity to join an established but growing business in the construction industry. You will be joining a close knit team at their head office based in Leichardt.
The Responsibilities
- Accounts payable & consumable payments
- Data entry, coding and processing
- Follow-up of creditor issues
- Liaising with suppliers a sub-contractors
- Investigate and respond to customer account enquiries
- Experience with intercompany recharge
- Assist in managing office duties and administrative tasks
- Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience or similar role
- Experience with a large ERP system or Jobpack software
- Construction industry experience highly regarded
- Basic excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Friendly and positive attitude
