Position Description
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:
Accounts duties:
- Processing invoices
- Payment allocations from clients
- Handling telephone and email account queries - internal/external
- Reconciling debtor accounts as well as;
- Receipting/Banking
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
