- Process and manage bookings, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into relevant systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, graphic designers and external design agencies to ensure all assets are created and delivered to the relevant internal team on time.
- Work closely with marketing, digital and the Ecommerce Manager to optimize brand performance.
- Support in planning and implementing promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, digital, and Ecommerce teams, to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Monitor and track campaign performance, proactively resolving any issues to ensure successful execution.
- Provide administrative support to the ecommerce team, including reporting and analysis of marketing performance.
- Support stakeholder communication, acting as a key liaison between different departments and external partners.
- 2+ years in a similar type of role - ideally within Media or FMCG'
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ESSENTIAL
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.
