Key Responsibilities:
- Complex formatting of documents (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDFs)
- Preparation of brief materials, documents, and routine correspondence
- High-level, accurate word processing and typing
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Inbox management
- Information management
- Diary management, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Travel and accommodation coordination
- Assisting the broader team to meet deadlines
- Ensuring compliance across documents, processes, and materials.
- Liaising with internal and external clients on confidential matters
- Managing incoming calls and visitors
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a strong senior administrator with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Key skills and attributes include:
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to professional standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult and negotiate effectively
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in computerized information systems and a willingness to explore new technologies
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in managing various workloads
- Experience in using SAP and worked within the infrastructure services unit is advantageous
