The Role Lighthouse is seeking a Director of Finance to join their passionate and innovative team to manage the organisation’s long-term financial health and growth. As Director of Finance, you will report to the CEO and work closely with the Finance & Strategic Advisor and be an integral part of the Executive Team, where you will use your exception financial and analytic skills to manage budgets, and forecast future needs that improve the performance and increase financial efficiency of the organisation. You will be leading the Finance Team and be responsible for the financial management and reporting of the organisation, overseeing financial processes including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and statutory reporting. Together with the CEO and Finance & Strategic Advisor, you will report on and present financial results and analysis to the Finance Sub Committee and Board to track results against KPIs and support strategic, operational and commercial decision-making. The Successful Applicant First and foremost, interpersonal skills are a must, with a level of maturity and understanding needed when working with those who use their services. You will have a passion for the industry and have come from a reputable finance function in your own right. You will be solution focused, strategic in your thinking and have a collaborative and respectful collegiate approach. You will also require: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CA. Criminal Records check.
