Oversee the development and implementation of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives. Collaborate with senior management, cost center managers, and external stakeholders to provide financial advice, cost evaluations, and ensure sound financial governance. Evaluate business cases, tenders, and funding proposals, and engage in negotiations to secure financial sustainability for the organization. Work alongside internal teams to foster financial literacy and drive improvements in financial systems and processes. Key Requirements: Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Experience in financial management with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail. Proven leadership ability to coach and guide team members and drive change. Solid knowledge of business management, including financial reporting and tender evaluation. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software systems. High-level communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Additional Requirements: Australian work entitlement.
