About the role A business-critical role with a global, industry-leading Healthcare organisation currently exists in order to fill a key role in their leadership team. This Commercial Finance Manager (Sales) position will help provide insightful analysis into key performance trends that exist in order to drive the positive financial direction of the company. This role is pivotal as it is situated in the heart of the Commercial Business Partnering team. Initially this will be a long-term contractual assignment (18 months), however there is the genuine view for permanency following this period. The responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for: Act as a key business partner to the National Sales Manager; driving profitable growth and mitigating risks through intricate deal structures and governance. Lead business partnering, performance management, planning, and decision support for the Sales team while spearheading strategic projects enterprise-wide Use your analytical mindset and financial expertise to enhancebusiness performance, provide actionable insights, and provide a fresh perspective. Assist in leading the Commercial Finance team to drive function performance with P&L ownership and management reporting. Business partner with divisions and build strong relationships with keystakeholders, in particular, the Sales function. Lead the end-to-end forecasting and annual budgeting process, long-term strategic planning and provide advice on risks & opportunities. Support decision making through financial modelling, insights and analysis of key performance drivers. Drive continuous process improvement, automation and implement bestpractices. Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a high performing team. The successful applicant will have Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail, enjoy collaboration and have had extensive experience within a large & complex working environment. Furthermore, you will have extensive and proven experience in successfully partnering with the Sales function in your prior roles.
