Located in the CBD, this position is a great opportunity for a payroll officer looking for their next challenge. Position Description Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager and working within a team of 7, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to: End to end weekly and monthly payroll processing for 5000 employees Provide accurate and timely processing for all payroll/P&C transactions including sound and timely advice, guidance and support to staff, clients and stakeholders Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, employees and other stakeholders to support and facilitate a high level of payroll services Undertake the input and analysis of data, including ensuring accuracy, effective security, storage and distribution of data, records and reports Deliver a range of effective payroll administrative tasks including managing processes, providing services, responding to queries, advising on policy and process and producing reports in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes Provide high levels of customer service in accordance with best practice guidelines, policy and procedure Maintain service standards including prompt issues resolution and adherence to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements Participate in and implement continuous improvement activities relating to service practices, quality assurance and customer service excellence Candidate Profile The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Payroll Officer position along with the following skills and attributes: Experience working within medium/large scale organisations SAP/SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) experience is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude The ability to interpret numerous awards and EBAs Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Strong attention to detail and positive working approach Benefits Growing organisation with great opportunities for staff Employee benefits Flexible working arrangements (2 days in the office and 3 days from home) How to apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
