The Opportunity: Our client, a leader within the asset management sector is seeking a talented, Finance business partner to join their team. With a management accounting and commercial focus, this role will provide critical financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across the business. The FBP will work closely with various stakeholders to drive performance, improve processes, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyse financial performance, budgets, and forecasts Provide detailed insights into revenue, cost drivers, and profitability Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports Partner with operational teams to optimize financial performance Conduct variance analysis and recommend areas for improvement Assist with financial modelling, business cases, and ad-hoc analysis Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business growth Assist the wider finance function throughout the month/year end reporting processes. Manage/support the yearly audit process, providing response to external audit queries and ad hoc requests. Contribute to the regular preparation of board reports and packs. Support the financial controller and mentor junior staff members. Skills & Experience Required: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CA/CPA fully qualified. 5 + years of experience within a chartered accounting firm - ideally Mid-Tier or Big 4.
