You will partner closely with operations divisions whilst also assisting with cpst accounting and month and year end reporting. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders; Business partnering with operational management; Preparation of relevant journals, prepayments and accruals; Completion of monthly general ledger reconciliations; Completion of month-end and year-end accounts; Ensure accurate allocation of costs; Ensure accurate and up-to-date general ledger; and Ad hoc tasks and process improvements as required. The Candidate The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified with an accounting or business background. You will have 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role and have completed or aspire to complete your CA/CPA. You will have exceptional communication skills, a strong eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset. Previous exposure to a manufacturing environment will be advantageous. The FBP will work closely with various stakeholders to drive performance, improve processes, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
