About the role:Our client is an Australian wholesaler who is looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team on a part-time basis, The role is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the payroll function including month payroll reconciliations. This is a permanent part-time opportunity 3 days per week. The office located close to public transport in Sydney CBD>Job DetailsReporting to the CFO and working autonomously in the payroll space, you will be responsible for: End to end fortnighly payroll for 300 employees Coordinate all onboarding centrally, including preparation of Letters of Offer, New Starter Paperwork and all onboarding emails to new employees Review branch timesheets and ensure data entry accuracy in Time & Attendance program Payment of ad-hoc back pays and leave entitlement cash-ins Payment of bi-annual bonuses and annual commissions Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have: 5 years’ experience in a stand alone Payroll position Experience in end-to-end payroll processing role for >250 employees Experience with Elmo Payroll Software is a benefit but not required Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to consider diverging priorities Great communication and customer skills What's on Offer.
