About the role:This multinational Retail business is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their accounts team on a full time basis. This role is suited for someone who has experience working in a high volume environment using a large ERP system, otherwise Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage. The role will involve 2 days per week assisting running a payroll through ADP, and the rest of the week will focus on AP. The Responsibilities Matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoices Preparation, allocation of costs to correct G/L accounts, and payment of weekly bills Scanning and filing Contribute accounts payable information to other departments upon request Speaking to suppliers on a daily basis Help run and process payroll through ADP The successful applicant will have 2+ years' experience in a similar position Must have payroll experience in the retail industry ADP payroll system experience is a benefit Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Excel Additional benefits Generous package Working with a national company Close to public transport About the company Our client is large multi national company looking to expand their accounts due to a transition in their organisation.
