Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations aligned with the overall business objectives. Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and metrics.
2. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings within the warehouse. Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
3. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated team. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
4. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
5. Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control standards to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products. Implement rigorous inspection processes to maintain the highest quality standards.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with customer service teams to meet customer expectations in terms of order accuracy and on-time delivery. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

1. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership or supervisory roles, preferably within a warehouse environment.
2. Warehouse Operations Knowledge: A solid understanding of warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inventory management and order processing.
3. Detail-Oriented: Strong commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy in all tasks.
4. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and customer-oriented service.
5. Safety Awareness: Familiarity with safety protocols and a dedicated approach to maintaining a safe work environment.
6. Computer Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel and relevant Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
7. Flexibility: The capability to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced work environment.
