Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the afternoon warehouse team to achieve productivity and safety goals.
  • Oversee receiving, inventory management, picking, and packing processes.
  • Coordinate dispatch to meet delivery deadlines and maintain DIFOT standards.
  • Manage workforce scheduling, resource allocation, and cross-training to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Maximize space utilization and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the transport team for seamless logistics operations.
  • Lead by example, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics (KPIs) to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a fast-paced food, FMCG, or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch processes.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, especially food safety and OH&S.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functional teams.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Availability to work afternoon/evening shifts.
