Responsibilities:
- Candidate care: Play a key role in delivering EVP by ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience.
- Scheduling: Take ownership of all scheduling for interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Administration: Handle contract administration and HRIS maintenance.
- Recruitment support: Conduct background and reference checks, and perform phone screenings.
- Talent Attraction: Provide ad hoc support with hiring events and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Time Management Skills: This role primarily involves managing senior stakeholders' diaries – this is essential!
