A newly created opportunity exists for an experienced FP&A Analyst who is seeking a chance to take the next step in their career within a leading manufacturer. This role sits within a large and supportive Finance team as part of an established Multi-National business.
Responsibilities:
- Generate financial reports and forecasts to assist in strategic planning.
- Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights.
- Perform variance analysis and trend analysis.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Business partnering across multiple functions including marketing and sales.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to SLT stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance financial management systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Lead and mentor 1 direct report
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Commercial experience in a Senior financial/commercial analyst position
- Experience leading budget and forecast processes
- Exposure to a physical product environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of BI/reporting tools such as TM1, Power Bi or Hyperion
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with prior examples of stakeholder management experience.
