The Responsibilities
- Provide hands on operation, administration, and functional support of SAP S4 Hanna
- Deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant systems administration and operation across the financial systems landscape
- Understand roles and responsibilities within each system, including cost centre control, updating and reviewing key processes.
- Provide effective business partnering and work collaboratively with multiple business stakeholders across the organisation.
- Make suggestions for continuous improvement
- Develop effective relationships with end users, customers and internal stakeholders
- Month end closing - journals, accruals, prepayments and subsequent reporting
- Balance sheet & Bank reconciliation
- Prepare journals and reconcile monthly prepayments, general Accruals, cross charges & Expenditure
- Preparation of daily cash flow reporting and cash forecasting
- Strong SAP S/4 Hanna experience
- Previous experience in a medium to large company - someone who has utilized SAP S4 Hanna as a functional end user and can suggest/execute process improvement pieces
- Strong Excel skills and systems knowledge
