About the Role:
  • Ensuring the coverage plan is adequate and taking steps to address anticipated gaps while staying within operational budgets.
  • Keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed about upcoming supply challenges.
  • Identifying and tracking trends and sharing relevant information with stakeholders.
  • Coordinating the transfer of stock between states to address supply shortages.
  • Regularly reviewing stock on hand to ensure accuracy across 3PL warehouses and managing daily stock inquiries from these warehouses.
  • Investigating supply shortfalls in containers and submitting credit claims to suppliers.
  • Reviewing and approving invoices for shipping services, including handling any disputed charges.
About You:
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry
  • Inventory management techniques
  • Understanding of warehousing practices
  • Time management skills
  • Proficiency in effective verbal and written communication
  • Skills in negotiation and resolving disputes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Apprise, SAP, etc.)
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Outlook)
