Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and leverage strategic sourcing opportunities across Procurement & broad Supply Chain teams
• Proactively analyse market trends and benchmark industry best practices to bring innovative opportunities to the procurement and supply chain team.
• Collaborate with buyers and ad hoc support buying activities 
• Coach and mentor buyers, providing guidance and support without direct supervisory responsibilities.
• Lead and manage various projects focused on implementing best practise and enhance procurement efficiency.
• Oversee and optimize the overall spend in logistics, including both direct and indirect expenses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a strong track record of cost savings and process improvement.
• Deep understanding of market trends, benchmarking, and best practices in procurement.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring procurement professionals.
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
