Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain an expert knowledge of our brand's history, collections, and latest trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ensure the visual merchandising standards are met by arranging displays and maintaining store aesthetics.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Previous management experience in retail.
- Confident with rostering.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Tuesday - Saturday set days
