About the role
Due to maternity leave cover, this is a fantastic Senior Brand Manager / Marketing Manager opportunity with a Massive Global FMCG Food Brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing this role is about the entire marketing mix. You live and breath Brand, Category, Insights, Innovation and NPD. You will execute all marketing activities across their key food and beverage categories.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the entire end to end marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you love rolling up your sleeves and owning all marketing campaigns.
  • Create and set the entire marketing mix using actionable insights for Innovation, New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
  • Build nurturing and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally such as Insights, Category, retail channels, food service providers and agencies 
  • Own and lead marketing activation and proactive customer engagement calendars including key trade shows
  • Works closely with Regional teams and tailor content from global and regional teams to be locally relevant.
  • Collaborate closely with ANZ Sales Team, Business Development and R&D teams to drive impactful and successful engagement with key customers. 
  • Management of ANZ Marketing budgets & related spend

What you need to be successful
  • A delicious open, pro-active, positive attitude and mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectives
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar
  • A proven track record as a highly successful Senior Brand Manager looking for a tasty new challenge 
  • A background in FMCG food skilled in building a brand strategy and using insights to manage NPD and Innovation (B2B Food & Beverage experience would be ideal)
  • An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
  • A positive, confident, pro-active and resilient personality who takes ownership of things and has a bias to action and drives initiatives forward. You are both strategic and hands-on and enjoy and take pride in rolling up your sleeves to deliver great outcomes
