You'll handle IT infrastructure and systems, delivering strategic advice and hands-on support.
The Role
In this role, you'll provide high-level consulting on IT infrastructure, deliver Level 3 support. You'll also step in for Level 1 & 2 support when needed and mentor junior staff from time to time. This position offers the chance to maintain both internal and client systems, collaborate on exciting projects, and stay ahead of the curve by working with the latest technologies. - Managing and resolving help desk tickets in a timely manner via Connectwise
- Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications
- Documenting processes, procedures, and resolutions for knowledge sharing
- Support network configuration and maintenance, including firewalls, routers, and SDWAN networks
- Build and maintain virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware), Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tenants
- Manage backup systems such as Veeam, Datto BCDR, and Datto SAAS Protection
Skills and Experience
