An exciting opportunity now exists for a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager. The role will report to a CMO and will be responsible for the execution and delivery of marketing and communication strategies, ensuring they're aligned with the company's overall objectives and brand identity. The role includes overseeing the implementation of campaigns, managing brand consistency, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. This position is the link between the CMO’s vision and the team's execution, requiring a combination of strategic insight, leadership and project management skills to effectively translate company objectives into actionable marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for strategic execution and marketing management, project and communications management, leadership and people management and stakeholder management.
To be successful, you will be an experienced marketing leader and ideally you will experience in the beauty industry, retail, or consumer related industries. You will be experienced in managing multiple marketing and communications projects and you understand market strategies, positioning, branding, and opportunities to promote products both online and through distributors. You will have exceptional leadership skills, communication skills and the ability to be to develop effective respectful relationships with team members.
