This role provides critical financial insights, reporting, and support across the business. The Senior Management Accountant will play a key role in driving commercial success through accurate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead monthly reporting, business unit analysis, and cash flow performance reviews.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain project budget models, contribute to quarterly forecasts, and support strategic financial planning.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with operational leaders to provide insights that drive operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to financial system enhancements and reporting tools to optimise business performance.
- CPA or CA qualification
- Finance business partnering skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Exposure to the Mining / Resources or Construction sector
