About the Position:
We are seeking a Senior Engineer specialising in Microsoft Intune to lead the planning, design, configuration, and implementation of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions for a diverse range of clients. In this role, you will provide expert technical leadership within the Microsoft Intune domain, offering guidance throughout project implementations and acting as the subject matter expert for suitable products. You will also be responsible for mentoring the Managed Services team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement modern workplace solutions, ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time.
  • Convert business requirements into documented technical requirements, use cases, and test scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and project management teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical outcomes.
  • Prepare project documentation including implementation plans and as-built designs.
  • Design, configure, and set up UEM platforms like Microsoft Intune.
  • Work on security hardening policies and configurations.
  • Provide escalation support for end-user device issues and assist the helpdesk.
  • Offer support for operating systems and vendor enrolment solutions such as Apple, Android, and Microsoft Windows devices.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues remotely and in person.
  • Lead critical incident investigations and implement workarounds to minimize business impact.
  • Provide technical leadership on projects in collaboration with wider teams and stakeholders.
About You:
  • 7+ years of demonstrated IT experience within large organizations.
  • Microsoft 365 Intune certification and experience.
  • Strong background in desktop support, both hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with vendor enrolment services like Android Enterprise, Samsung KNOX, and Microsoft Autopilot.
  • Experience with mobile services, particularly with a major telecommunications provider.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Deep knowledge of UEM platforms.
  • Strong technical documentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
