Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to support the evaluation of M&A opportunities.
- Develop project finance models and bankable evidence to assist in securing equity and debt funding for sustainable infrastructure projects.
- Industry research, including market, financial, and operational analysis.
- Support investor due diligence and investor relations.
- Support the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for the executive team and potential investors.
- Monitor industry trends and conduct research to inform commercial and corporate development.
- Manage data rooms and ensure accurate and timely provision of information to stakeholders during M&A transactions.
- Assist in negotiating terms and structuring deals to maximize value and minimise risk.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g. CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure M&A, with a focus on project finance and financial modelling.
- Proven track record in developing complex financial models and conducting financial analysis.
- Preference for knowledge in relevant fields such as petrochemicals, renewables, recycling.
- Passion for sustainability and ESG.
