A well-established organisation is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to support high-level financial operations, reporting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and sub-ledger systems
- Provide technical accounting advice and support to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations
- Assist with project accounting, capital reporting, and grant acquittals
Skills & Experience
- CPA/CA qualified with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar senior financial accounting role
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills
